How to begin with RealTax

Send us your file information

Provide assessment-roll details and any arrears data we need to open a file.

Sign and return the starter documents

We prepare all required forms. You simply review and return the signed copies.

Advise of assessment-roll changes

Let us know if ownership or legal descriptions change during the process.

Receive payments and notify us

When a taxpayer pays arrears, notify Realtax so we can update the cancellation price and file status.
