Carolynn has been with Realtax since 2015, starting as a title searcher and growing into the Operations Manager role. With over 30 years of management and HR experience, Carolynn is in charge of managing the day-to-day operations at Realtax.

Fiona has been with Realtax since 2007, joining the company as a title searcher and growing into the General Manager role. During that time, she has performed every job within the tax registration/sale process. She has specialized in tax sales for over 15 years. As the General Manager, Fiona is responsible for growing the company and ensuring our municipal customers have the best experience possible.
Executive Chairman
Narbe joined Realtax in 2024, having acquired the business through his private equity firm, Define Capital. Narbe has 15+ years of experience in technology, operations, private equity and venture capital. Narbe oversees marketing, sales and the growth of the business.
