Getting Started

Getting started with Realtax is easy.  We just need a bit of information about each property, and a bit of information about your municipality.



A page from your computer showing the roll number, names and addresses of the owners, and the total amount of taxes owing, including penalty and interest, as of December 31st of last year.  We don’t need a breakdown of these amounts, just the total.

Mail, email, fax or courier the pages to Realtax

(we’ll pay for the courier)


Please contact us for our mailing address

  • Full legal name of your municipality

  • Who will be your contact person for both REALTAX and the tax payer?

  • Will someone other than the person named above be signing the tax arrears certificates, etc.? If so, please fill out the following information. (Tax arrears certificates, etc. must be signed by the Treasurer, unless the Treasurer has given written authorization to another municipal employee or officer to do so)

  • Please make cheques payable to REALTAX Inc.
