  • Find out how much money is held in court
  • Apply to court for money
  • Receive cheque from Superior Court of Justice, and forward it to you
  • Timeline from start to finish: Usually two months

What You Need To Do:

  • Send us any documents we request
    (If Realtax did the tax registration and/or tax sale, we probably already have all the required documents)
