5 In-House Title Searchers

Conducting and accurately interpreting title searches is absolutely essential to ensure that the correct lands are shown in a tax arrears certificate, and to ensure that all the correct parties are notified.

Most title searches are straightforward.  However, others may involve obscure title issues or Planning Act problems that most people would not catch. This makes having highly skilled title searchers an absolute must for tax registrations and tax sales.

Our in-house title searchers have more than one hundred years of title searching experience between them.  They can deal with the most complex legal descriptions, difficult title issues and Planning Act problems.  They can also liaise effectively with land registry offices, planners, surveyors, lawyers, and MPAC.  And we have enough title searchers to provide you with truly outstanding service.
