Realtax was the first company in Ontario solely dedicated to doing tax registrations and tax sales.  Realtax is the most experienced team of tax registration and tax sale professionals in the province.  Since our inception in 1996, we have served 200 municipalities.  We have assisted them with:

  • 10,000 Properties
  • 1,500 Tax sales
  • $1 million in payments out of court

Our team members have taught a variety of seminars for municipal professionals, written articles that were published in trade magazines, made various other contributions to the municipal community, and won various awards.

We were members of the Association of Municipal Managers, Clerks & Treasurers of Ontario (AMCTO) Crown Liens Working Group, which succeeded in having beneficial changes made to legislation & regulations regarding Crown liens on tax sale properties.
